A rental application must be completed for each person 18 years of age or older who will be living in the house. Any false information provided by an applicant in a rental application will constitute grounds for the rejection and nullification of that rental application, and will result in the forfeit of any deposit and/or reservation fee. All rental applications are evaluated strictly in accordance with the information found on this page and with Maymont Homes standard rental criteria.

Please be aware that the home you initially applied for is not guaranteed to be available. Some homes will receive multiple applications. When that happens, the home is offered to the first approved applicant based on the order the applications were received. Application fees are non-refundable. However, our leasing specialists are ready to help if the home you applied for becomes unavailable. Your application remains valid for up to 30 days and can be used towards another home of your choice.
