How Flex Works

Flex offers you the option to split your rent into two payments.
Your first payment is made to Flex when rent is due.
Flex pays your full rent directly to Maymont Homes on time, every time.
Your second payment is made to Flex later in the month, on the date you choose.
You’ll get helpful reminders and can track all payments inside of your resident portal.

Getting Started is Easy

Log in to your Resident Portal
Navigate to RentPayment via the “Pay Now” link
Once within RentPayment, please find the “Flex, Split in 2” Link
Follow the prompts within Flex to apply, and once approved, pick the payment schedule that works best for you.
Once your first scheduled payment is processed, Flex will cover your full rent up front.
Your second payment can be made later in the month, at a time that works best for you.
